On the 1st of July the first Austrian Tasting with exclusive participation of Austrian wineries is taking place in Japan. The AT Tokyo is aimed at producers, who already have importers and are present on the japaniese market, as well as at winemakers, who are currently seeking representation in the "Land of the Rising Sun".
Local importers and Austrian winemakers presented their portfolio and an outstanding range of different wines with their unique styles to the trade visitors, wine experts and wine journalists from Japan.
Few exceptional seminars were held in the afternoon, during one B2B Tasting in the fairytale ambiente of Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo. In the evening the B2C guests had the possibility to take part in an exciting Walk-Around Tasting and to try the excellent Austrian wines available during the event.
