The polsterer family winery is dedicated to cultivate of their thirteen hectars if vines in harmony with nature.
This is nearly a duty in the village of Feuersbrunn which was the first town in Lower Austria to be awarded the
national environmental protection price.
The soils are comprised of loess as well as sand and gravel.
We produces a broad assortment of wines that range from Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Riesling, Chardonnay,
and the local specality Roter Vetliner as well as red wine varieties.
To enhance the fruitiness of our propduct, wines are pressed gently and temperatures are controlled during fermantation.
The white wines vinified in stainless steel and the red wines in wooden casks
