In honour of the house of Habsburg, nine vintners from Jedenspeigen and Sierndorf pressed a wine that shows strong and timeless ideals. Fermented in an oak casks with bases made from acacia wood, this wine was stored on yeast for 10 months.
Taste
It is straw-coloured and features aromas of ripe, yellow fruits with a hint of vanilla and spicy roast aromas. The body contains a dense, fine structure with a juicy and creamy mouthfeel. It is balanced and has a long finish with a hint of cinnamon.
