From young to old - everyone at the Bauer family's organic winery pulls together. For the family, it is a matter of course that year after year they strive to further improve the quality of the wines. For them, this means that when enjoying the wine, the consumer can also feel its typicality, the climate and the location, but also the care taken in the vineyard work and vinification.

Grüner Veltliner accounts for a large part of the vineyard area on the farm, but even in grandfather's time the typical regional grape variety of the Wagram - Red Veltliner - was cultivated with its own selections.

Veltliner - was refined with its own selections. There are also wonderful Rieslings, various natural wines and sweet wines in the form of Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein.
