Wurzinger Estate, Tadten

Situated in the heart of the Burgenland „Seewinkel“, not far from the Hungarian border, we produce 55 % red and 45% white varieties on today 25 ha.

We profit from the pannonian climate and the ideal quality of soil for winegrowing, which benefits the grows of varieties like Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay as well as Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Our white wines are classical fermented in steel tanks, except of the Chardonnay, and the red wines are all stored in new or used Barriques.

The focus in the production of our wines is that they all keep their fruitiness; the whites should be fresh and lively, where as the reds are charming, juicy and well balanced.
