Information about our winery:
Our winery has its roots since 1790 in Gumpoldskirchen and we cultivate nowadays approx. 13 hectars of vinyards. Our winery is a traditional family business and exclusively managed by my parents and me. Thus we can deal in a non-standard way and are very flexible.
The Gumpoldskirchner wine became famous by the two grapes Zierfandler and Rotgipfler. Both varieties are old and traditional Austrian ones, but world-famous white wines obtaining high quality and maturation only in our region. This tradition is considered and our wine gardens - with respect to soil and climate (each variety is to prosper, where it is for it at the most favourable one) are planted with the following grapes:
