The roots of our wine estate date back to the year 1674, when it was first officially mentioned. Our vineyards are located around the small wine village Haugsdorf, a red wine island in the largest Austrian wine-growing area, the Weinviertel. As a small family-run wine estate we personally accompany our wines from the very beginning starting with the pruning of the vines to the refining finish in the bottle. With this we can work in line with our ideas and expectations and it gives us the freedom to try new things.
Working close-to-nature is of great importance to us no herbicides or insecticides are used in our vineyards. Mechanical support and carful manual work help us to keep the environment healthy and intact for future generations.
