All varieties were hand-picked and selected, the wines were stored separately in steel tanks on the full lees until July 2020, after tasting and deciding on the appropriate blend of the wines, the varieties were cuvéed and bottled in August 2020.

Fruity of stone fruits and melon

Taste

Dry, good structure, exciting wine, full bodied with moderate alcohol content, long lasting.

Wiener schnitzel and fried chicken, carp, baked porcini mushrooms, goat cheese, orange and lentil salad
