The gourmet menu by JRE top chef Andreas Herbst from the "dahoam" restaurant in Leogang is accompanied by excellent wines from the host Weingut Müller. The event starts with a sundowner to fine DJ beats and sparkling wine on the terrace. Small bites are served as a flying aperitif before the menu is served on the large table in the Riedenblick. The courses, including wine accompaniment, are then served.
