Winery description

Rudolf Payer’s winery lies directly on the popular bicycle trail around Neusiedlersee. He is well known among wine lovers as a producer of fine wines, especially his sweet late harvest dessert wines and ice wines. He is a specialist in producing sweet premium wines. Each year he creates a variety of intensely sweet and flavourful tasting wines.There is a large variety of wines that one can savour and taste at the winery to convince oneself of the high standard of his wines.Rudolf Payer’s late harvest dessert wines and ice wines are a specialty of his winery,but also his dry wines are well known for their high premium quality. His commitment to wine making has resulted in many gold medals and prizes in international wine competitions. His winery also produces light,fresh and fruity wines.
