Founded in 1935, the Neustifter family today cultivates 24 hectares in the third generation. Attention on detail in the vineyards and in the cellar is paramount to bring origin and genuiness in each bottle. The new winery, which was built in 2000 provides modern processing technology to assure the most gentle treatment of the grapes. Along with the typical white varieties we also discovered our passion for red wine. Creating harmonic and versatile wines is our philosophy and conviction!
Culinary Specialities: The wood-fired oven is the chefs pride. Here we roast our pork and serve it with dumplings and coleslaw, or thin sliced on a slice of bread with horseradish and pickled cucumbers. The black pudding is made according to Grandmas secret recipe and served with bread, mustard and horseradish. We recommend you the perfect wine for every dish for a special taste experience.
