Our family has been making natural wine for 500 years.
Maria & Alex took over the vineyards from Alex' parents in 2011. They did this with a clear vision on their minds: We want to share our passion about natural winemaking with you.
They farm 6.3 hectare (15 acre) biodynamically. Alex & Maria do everything by themselves in the vineyards and in the cellar. They reject all forms of artificial additives, except low levels of sulphite supplements with some wines. Fermentation always starts naturally without temperature control.
