Winery description

The winery was started by Georg Kiss ( pronounced "Giisch") in 1837 - a wine cellar of 20 square meters. Still existing, but not in use now!

Today Rudolf and Verena are the first generation making wine in the main job. They cultivate 10 hectars, all winyards are on the "Leithagebirge", a 301m high mountain with a lot of special soit types.So they can make wines being close to the nature, being influenced by the Neusiedler See and the pannonian climate.
