Wine vinified in natural stone barrels is a new production and storage process for wines .Due to the rough surface of the granite, the contact with the must is multiplied. The granite offers the best conditions for an ideal oxygen supply. During the fermentation process, the resulting heat is stored in the stone and then slowly reduced again. Therefore, no cooling technology is required. These are all parameters that produce a completely new, natural, wine style.
