These are the three most important espressions for us as wine – gravers.

Quality ist the basis and is concentrated for us on the individuality and the speciality of the wine.

An unending amount of factors influence the wine. Day and night time temperatures, distribution of rainfall during the year, the amount of sunshine hours, heaviness of the soil, the ph-value, the water retention, the mineral contents, the surface formation of the country-side, the direction of the sun – that´s just mentioning a few factors.

The effect of all these facts are collectively known under the French word “Terroir”. Wine should be an expression of the given terroir. However even the best Terroir does´nt produce without the correct treatment from the wine master no “typ
