It is our maxim to bring charming, delicious wines of pure flavors into the bottle. To achieve this aim, there is no alternative to us but biological viticulture.
Our special commitment is directed to the Grüner Veltliner, a very old Austrian type of grape. Only because Grüner Veltliner from mass yields produces banal everyday wines, this type of grape has long been denied a higher potential. With our Grüner Veltliner wines we want to show that there is much more in that grape.
Beside our Grüner Veltliner Ried Filzberg and the 2004 Grüner Veltliner DAC, we make wines from Chardonnay and Welschriesling grapes. And our first red wine is a Zweigelt; an old Austrian type of grape which suits us well.
