Martin Nigl cultivates 25 hectares of wine.
The vineyards are partially located on the hill terraces of the Kremstal, on the fringes of the Bohemian grounds and in a river valley. However, the vineyards of the estate are spread in different locations.
After extensive reconstruction, the Nigl winery now utilises primarily steel tanks for vinification and maturing of its wines.
From the substantial selection of Veltliner, the elegant "Privat - Senftenberger Piri" and the noble, rich with extracts "Alte Reben" (old vines) are worth mentioning.
A favourite over the years has been the Riesling from the Hochäcker vineyard, which optimally reflects its soil over bed rock.
It is generally accepted that Martin knows how to make great Veltliner and Riesling.

The restaurant presents wines from the Grüner Veltliner over Riesling to Blauen Zweigelt. All wines can be perfectly combined with seasonal dishes to create the ultimate culinary experience. All wines available in the vinothek are also available in our restaurant per glas. Our cellar offers a fine selection of matured wines, our treasures. The kitchen offers fresh courts, matching the actual season additional we serve of course our famous traditional classics the whole year, always with focus on good taste. Our carefully selected suppliers are known for best quality and are preferably from our region.
