Nature is the prime factor permitted to influence the character of the wines in Schrattenthal in the northern Weinviertel: fertile soils which the encourage preference for Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Zweigelt as the ideal wine varieties. Hot summer days and cold nights during the maturation period give the grapes their unmistakable harmonious aromatic structure. And finally the uncompromising handwork of the Zull family in the vineyard, unswerving commitment and loving care result in finesse-rich, open, generous wines that are easy to drink with predictable depth: authentic wines reflecting the region.
