The character of NESTOR wine is formed in the vineyard. 42 hectares of vineyards around Halbturn provide the basis. Natural yeasts from the vineyard, manual grape selection, green vineyards, avoidance of chemical-synthetic insecticides, natural fertilization and sustainable treatment of nature preserve the original character of our wines.
