“Typically Austrian top quality that carries my signature: my wines are charming and demanding at the same time – sometimes even a little bit cheeky. The whites are fermented and aged in stainless steel.

They are left on the lees for quite a while, thus obtaining the stability for their long aging potential.“

“Summer – sun, rain, and temperature variations: The weather calls the tune. The more the vines are used to being self-sustaining, the more tolerant they react to weather influences. To strengthen them, I rely on forming a dense humus layer that helps equalize the water balance. What is also crucial to me is a nutrient supply to the vines as independent as possible. For that, I support the vines by a sophisticated concept of pruning and canopy management.
