About us

We set out to produce a Viennese wine of the very highest nouveau for the simplest of reasons: We love wine and what's more, we see ourselves as purveyors of the history of Viennese winemaking. Our labels show the original occupants of the area that now makes up Vienna, who once lived here and which is an integral facet of the uniqueness of our wine. These occupants were animals which lived during the formation of ancient rocks and when the ocean lapped the coast of what is now the Vienna Basin. The impact of this pre-historic age continues to have an impact on the character of our wine, reflecting the ancient past of this region and its evolution though time.
