15 years after the first steps with a few hundred litres of our own wine, winery Nimmervoll has by now become an undisputed member of the Wagram’s elite. With not one but two national prizes at SALON and being awarded the third Falstaff star, this has been impressively successful lately. “We want to create elegant wines with a distinctive character of origin,” says Gregor Nimmervoll. It has been his life’s dream and privilege to practice the profession of vintner. 2018 Claudia and Gregor Nimmervoll paid meticulous attention to the optimal harvest date. Next to Wagram classics like Grüner and Roter Veltliner or Weißburgunder, the Traminer has become dear to the vintner’s heart. Nimmervoll succeeds year after year in teasing out new nuances of this rare Wagram wine.
