When Andreas Urban took over his parents' business, he had a clear idea of what his wines should taste like: each variety should be bottled unadulterated, just as nature gives it to us, and the vines thrive on fertile brown earth/clay soils in Schalladorf and Immendorf. The quality of the wines depends not only on the terroir, but also on the health of the plants, the manual work and, last but not least, the feeling of the winemaker. Therefore: "Every wine reflects the winemaker." When working in the vineyards and in the cellar, Andreas Urban strictly adheres to the motto "Not too much and not too little." When processing the grapes, he combines the latest findings with state-of-the-art technology and old "know-how" to create an unbeatable trio.
