My motto, my idea, my self-image, my philosophy, my way of life; ...

It all started as a little boy, for whom the harvest of half a hectare was always too short. Then the decision to go to the wine-growing school in Klosterneuburg. As cellar master at the Hans and Christine Nittnaus winery, I was able to develop myself further.

Now I can take care of my 13 ha vineyard with full concentration. Each vine is worked by hand around 13 times a year. In the cellar it gets a bit calmer and more relaxed.

These diverse tasks; these many small adjustment screws, the unique environment, the great challenges, the know-how, the striving for improvement and uniqueness, the honesty and the joy make my wine unique.
