The vineyard "Hausweingärten" is located in the neighbouring commune Loidesthal. The soil consists of a solid layer of Chernozem (black earth) bedded on loamy silt. Both the nearby March (river) and the continental climate have an influence on the wines that thrive there.

Information on maturation

Yield regulation by grape splitting. Harvested by hand and destemmed. Fermented at 18 °C (64 °F) in stainless steel tank.
