Harvest in mid-September Spontaneously fermented without temperature control and aged under total lees. Malolactic fermentation in May 2023 Bottled with 25 mg/l Total Sulphur and without any additive or filtering in August 2023 Elevage 11 Months Bottle aging 8 Months
