Weinbau Fam. Hans Rohrer is a traditional family-owned winery in Lutzmannsburg (Mittelburgenland). The expertise in winemaking and the love for wine have been handed over for generations.

The most important variety is Lutzmannsburger Blaufränkisch. Furthermore, Zweigelt and Merlot are part of the wine range. To preserve the typical character of the region and pure taste of the varieties, all wines of the Rohrer family are spontaneously fermented and consciously vinified with low sulfur in classic style in big wooden barrels. All grapes are handpicked. The winery holds a Sustainable Austria certificate.

One speciality is Blaufränkisch 1906: 100% Blaufränkisch from more than 100-years-old vines , grown in a single vineyard in Lutzmannsburg that was bed out by our grand-grandfather in 1906.
