Events in which the winery participates
Experienced manual labour in the vineyards is the foundation of our wines. We see ourselves as farmers of vines. All work is carried out under the care of all family members. We plant the vines, tend the vineyards and pick and select the Grapes by hand. This guarantees cristall clear and exeptional wines.
We cultivate 23 ha of vineyards around Herrnbaumgarten in the Weinviertel, concentrating on Grüner Veltliner, but also Riesling, the Pinot varietals and Zweigelt. Grüner Veltliner grows in loess soil, while Riesling grows on meagre schlier soil with a thin loess cover and the Pinot varietals and Zweigelt are planted in shell limestone and marl.
Our wines are vigorous, sustainable and storable reserve wines as well as vivid classics with fine fruits, modern and expressive.
