"Respectful, subtle - moving" is the motto of Hannes and Petra Harkamp. In Sausal in southern Styria the two cultivate 20 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic guidelines. With the 2019 vintage, the entire range of sparkling wines and still wines will be Demeter certified. Hannes Harkamp is particularly talented in producing elegant Sekts, using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. Here, too, biodynamic viticulture plays a decisive role.
