The winery owns and cultivates 21 ha of vinyards which are mostly located on the south hillsides of the Leithaberg. This place is known for its great varieties of different soils. You've got shell limestone, warm loam, broken clay and even primary rock. The diversity of the soil promotes obviously the diversity of the wines produced.
The winery cultivates on an organic basis, sustaining the local biodiversity. The most important thing on their mind is the quality and health of the grapevine in the vineyard.
In the cellar, the wine gets the time it needs to develope the strenghts of its variety and the personality it was harvested for. Many wines ripe on the lees and show the spicyness and minerality, the Leithaberg is known for.
