The well-known wine village of Röschitz is located in the western Weinviertel region, where the Stift wine-growing family runs their winery with much love and ambition. Franz Stift is one of the most successful Röschitz winegrowers, who has found the right place for every variety on the slopes of the Manhartsberg with its primary rock and loess soils. Stift attaches great importance to sensitive and careful care in the vineyard in order to create fruity, finesse-rich and elegant wines with creativity and zest for life. He tries to reconcile traditional handicraft with progress in all areas. The beautiful inner courtyard of the winegrower's house is also exclusive and exudes a unique Mediterranean flair. Wine connoisseurs and music lovers populate it for the annual jazz evenings.
