Since 2003, we work in a single-minded way, considering the importance of natural finish wines without any additions.
The key for the manufacture of this vivid wine is the natural and vital surrounding for the prosperity of the grapes. Symbiosis int the vineyard for us means to encourage organisms and their diversity best. Pesticides that destroy or hamper life are not used at all anymore. Only grapes growing in such vivid vineyards can fully develop without additions and result in a wine that shows not only long life period but also interesting developments every year. Such cultivation of wine means maximum authenticity. Bon vivants esteem this kind of wine as pure culture.
Since 1997, we have been refining our sparkling-wine using traditional bottle fermentation for fine sparkles.
