The traditional winery IBY-LEHRNER in the centre of Burgenland (Austria) manages approximately 16 hectares of vineyards. Three generations actively deal with viniculture. Every family member has to fulfil his term of reference. Senior Paul Iby, who once founded the winery, and his daughter Eva Lehrner are responsible for maintaining and processing the vineyards. The third and youngest generation, Ing. Michael Lehrner and his wife Melanie, manages the estate by now and deal with the vinification and celling of the wines.
The grapes are exclusively harvested by hand and every wine is matured in oak barrels.
