Weingut Prager perpetuates yesteryear's traditions to preserve them for the generations to come. Ilse and Toni Bodenstein have been responsible for the state's quality since the early nineties. Their central philosophy: The wines should reflect the vineyard sites that grew them. Toni Bodenstein dedicates much effort to do justice to the diversity of contrasts found in the smallest of areas, the unique soil formations and the subtle microclimate. Therefore, the wines made from the grapes grown in the various terroirs have their own unmistakable character, however fine distinctions between them may be. The vineyard and cellar tasks are performed according to traditional methods, paired with the necessary innovation, and always aspiring to produce the best possible quality.
