Our family has been closely connected to wine-growing for eight generations. Originally, our ancestors were barrel makers from the German region of Allgäu, who settled in the beautiful market town of Gumpoldskirchen in Austria and founded our winery in 1790.

We manage our business, which includes an Austrian tavern selling our home-grown wine in the town of Mödling, together with our three sons and our daughter-in-law. We all contribute our strengths and perspectives to our business and help to further develop our wine-growing business as well as our wines.
