We are two scientist devoted to our 3.5ha organic vineyards since 2022.

We believe that the grape vine passes information from the soil, climate, vintage and agricultural methods to us every time we take a sip of wine.

This belief inspires us to keep this sensory information as pristine as possible and therefore we keep interventions in the vineyard and cellar to an absolute minimum. More practically speaking, in the vineyard we work with our hands and pick grapes when they are ripe with family and friends. We strongly belief in organic crop protection and high biodiversity. In the cellar we use spontaneous fermentation and bottle our wines unfined and unfiltered.
