Being the third generation of our family business, I like to combine the tradition of my ancestors with the requirements of our modern times. And I’m doing so in a diligent and elegant way.
Classical wines as defined by nature
I try not to disrupt nature. This is why we work according the stringent terms of ‘controlled integrated viticulture’, a special form of biological and nature-orientated cultivation. The majority of our wines mature in classical big wooden barrels. All of this allows me to fill the heritage of my forefathers into the bottle.
