The right bank of the Danube may not be as well known as its counterpart on the opposite side, but this is precisely what sometimes makes the wineries located there real insider tips: one of these is Georg Frischengruber's winery

The various terroirs are worked out from locations such as Zanzl, the Kirnberg and Goldberg. You work with nature, pay attention to physiological maturity and late harvest.

In the basement, Georg works carefully. Most wines are fermented spontaneously and stay on lees for months - the singlevineyards remain in the tank until late summer, where they gain additional nuances, elegance and complexity.
