The various terroirs are worked out from locations such as Zanzl, the Kirnberg and Goldberg. You work with nature, pay attention to physiological maturity and late harvest.
In the basement, Georg works carefully. Most wines are fermented spontaneously and stay on lees for months - the singlevineyards remain in the tank until late summer, where they gain additional nuances, elegance and complexity.
