Wruss stands for a commitment to a simple and sustainable expression of quality in harmony with nature and essential for producing authentic, elegant and distinctive wines. The Wruss Winery is idyllically situated on a picturesque hilltop of Kranachberg in the Suedsteiermark, a renowned wine region in Southern Austria. Wruss Winery spans nearly 20 acres of prime vineyard sites on the steep inclines of the Kranachberg. Wruss wines are all cultivated with modern ecological methods, eliminating in order to achieve the truest expression of the region’s lauded varietals. Grapes are tended in small lots, hand-harvested, hand-sorted and meticulously finished to achieve their distinctive character.
