The gravely, lime-containing grounds and the exceptional microclimate help the grapes to get full maturity and particular kindliness.
The careful, nature-near and intensive care of the vineyards through the whole family supports this natural maturity-process in the complete way.
The noble wines are developed in the steel-tank, just as in small and big wood-barrels.
