In family wine estate Wimmer-Czerny there are growing on deep loess soils in Fels am Wagram 2/3 Grüner Veltliner, Riesling as well as the traditional speciality RoterVeltliner, besides Weißburgunder, Traminer as well as Zweigelt and PinotNoir. Remarkable vinyards are Fumberg, Weelfel and Scheiben. Not only the 15 ha of wineyards are biodynamically certified Demeter, but the entire farm with fields and animals. Without irrigation, hand picking, fermenting only with own yeasts, no additives and natural sedimentation instead of filters gives Balanced, authentic wine personalities.
