For 120 years, Silberberg has had its finger on the pulse, has been innovative and enthusiatically active for the next generation of Styrian winegrowers: this is what the Silberberg Viticulture Academy is known for. There is also combined a winery with vineyards in the Southern Styria owned by the government of styria. Since 2014, Klaus Fischer, a young, dynamic and cosmopolitan cellar master, has been responsible for the wines. The vineyards, located in Kitzeck-Sausal on slate soil and Leutschach (organic grown) on lime marl (opok) has been managed by Gernot Lorenz. Karl Menhart as oenologist complete the team.
A perfekt range of regional wines (Südsteiermark), village wines from Leutschach&Kitzeck is complemented by the single vineyard wines like Annaberg,Trebien,Steinbruch and Meletin.
