For me, winemaking is the most exciting profession. It never gets boring - there is always variety.
How do wines like these come about?
My education in the Vino Hak, the viticulture and cellar master form the basis for my doing (craft). Through experience and practice in the best wineries I was able to gather many impressions and expand my knowledge. My experience in New Zealand in a small family winery shaped me and was for me the start of self-employment. I knew that wine is my future. Through many tastings I found the passion for natural wines. The motto here is "let wine become wine". Multilayered, unfiltered, untreated wines with great storage potential are the result.
