We only process our own, naturally grown crop. For us, being close to nature means: Environmentally friendly processing of our vineyard areas, clean pressing of the grapes and cooled fermentation of our wines.

For us, the earnings limitation is also a matter of course. In years with high yields, half of the grapes are removed early to give the remaining grapes the opportunity to ripen optimally.

In the late harvest, which takes place in several rounds, emphasis is placed on strict separation of the quality batches. In order to achieve an optimal harvest result, we only harvest by hand.
