The Jonny Wegleitner winery is located in the heart of the Seewinkel in Apetlon in Burgenland. Surrounded by small salt and soda lakes, which are of great importance for the region and sweet wine production, the vineyards are locaded in the best places of the region.
The winemaker had an early interest in wine production and has been running the business with his family since summer 2011, which he took over from his parents for a tradition.
As an all-rounder, he has been taking care of marketing, sales and the cellar work, as well as the important work in the vineyards with the support of his son Fabio. Exact quality controls and the love for good wines are reflected in the strong red wines and fruity whites lovely sweetwines from Jonny Wegleitner.
