Information on location and soil

On the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl. Hot summers. Loamy soil with high humidity at night, late in fall. Perfect conditions for Botrytis Cinerea!

Information on maturation

Harvested with 35 KMW (35% sugar in grapes at harvest) in the great vintage 2015. Vinifcation according Kosher and organic production rules, without any foreign substances! (except low sulfites to protect the wine during storage and after opening!)

Smell

In the nose apricots and tropical fruits. Appetizing and animating!

Taste

many layers of primary fruits. On the palate dried fruits and honey and a very long finish with a fine balance of sweetness and acidity. Very youthful!

Food recommendation

As aperitive or digistive. Together with spicy cheese and fruits. Also to be paired with roasted liver or goose-liver-pate. Experimental highlight in a creative asian or oriental cuisine!
