Controlled cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks; the red grapes are pressed within short term similar to white wine and do not ferment on the mash; this makes up the light pink colour.

Dry, fresh & fruity; pleasantly harmonious acidity and good depth; easy drinking pleasure and well balanced

Suits ideally to fish, vegetable dishes, poultry, salads and to specialities like Viennese Schnitzel and roasted chicken. Good choice as aperitif.
