All varieties were handpicked and selected, the wines were stored separately in steel tanks on the full lees until June 2021, after tasting and deciding on the appropriate blend of the wines, the varieties were cuvéed and bottled in August 2021.

Taste

Dry, good structure, exciting wine, full body with moderate alcohol content, long lasting.
