For the purpose of clarity: None of the target groups are permitted to use the Works (i) to print items of any type whatsoever (such as promotional gifts, merchandising products, souvenirs), (ii) in films, (iii) on posters, or (iv) for book projects.

If an intended manner of use is not covered by the Licensing Terms (in particular printing items, for use in films, on posters or for book projects), you may request that Austrian Wine grant an express, written Right to Use the Works for a specific manner of use. These rights are granted at the sole discretion of Austrian Wine and may be made contingent on further terms and conditions.

The Licensee is also aware of the aims and values of Austrian Wine (cf. https://www.austrianwine.com/awmb-partners/austrian-wine-marketing-board). The user is prohibited from using the Works in such a way, for such purposes or using such media that are designed to impair the aims and values of Austrian Wine, in particular advertising and promoting positive images of Austrian Wine, or the good reputation of Austrian Wine. The Licensee is obligated to clarify any ambiguities regarding whether a particular use is permitted and/or the correct citation with Austrian Wine before use/publication.

The Licensee shall indemnify and hold Austrian Wine harmless from all third-party claims (in particular from copyright holders) resulting from an infringement of these Licensing Terms. In the event that these Licensing Terms are infringed by the Licensee, the Right to Use the Works is also automatically revoked without any further action required from Austrian Wine.
