110 Winemakers overlooking the New York Skyline

Over 350 wine trade professionals tasted their way through the impressive wines from 110 Wine Estates, before 650 private consumers and wine enthusiasts paid the 70 dollar entry fee to not only enjoy the breathtaking views from the 24th floor of the Tribecca Rooftop building, but also to taste wines poured directly by the winemakers and their importers from all of Austria’s wine producing regions. Tasty canapé creations came from Star Chef Kurt Gutenbrunner, who had invited 12 top New York restaurants to treat the guests to the ‘signature dishes’. The proceeds of the fully booked event went in aid of ‘Grow NYC’. Two days previously in San Fransisco, the first leg of the ‘Austria Uncorked’ presentation was held with great success in the magnificent Fort Mason building with 80 winemakers.
